I am a dedicated medical professional with an extensive background in both clinical and research settings, currently collaborating with Wise Eats as a Registered Dietitian – Temporary RD(t) in British Columbia, Canada. My academic journey includes an MD from Iran and a Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences, underscoring my commitment to holistic health.

For a decade, I served in leadership roles in clinical nutrition at Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), concurrently holding the position of Associate Research Professor at the esteemed Neuroscience Institute at TUMS. My certification as a researcher aligns with my 10 years of in-depth exploration into the intricate connection between diet and neurological disorders, with a specific focus on stroke, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and multiple sclerosis (MS).

My international experience expanded during a 2-year tenure as a Visiting Research Professor in the Neurology division of the Medical Department at the University of British Columbia. Presently, I contribute my expertise as a Research Consultant at Fraser Health Authority in Canada.

My passion lies in empowering individuals to achieve optimal health through personalized dietary strategies. Whether your goal is weight management or addressing chronic diseases, my counseling services encompass a comprehensive approach. I am eager to bring my wealth of knowledge to the forefront and make a positive impact on your health journey.
