Sheirry Poposka is an experienced and compassionate Registered Dietitian with over 15 years of  practice in clinical nutrition, diabetes care, and community health. She holds a Bachelor of
Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and is a Certified Nutrition Support Manager (CNSM) with advanced training in diabetes education and chronic disease management.

Sheirry has worked extensively in diabetes clinics and provided personalized, evidence-based care to individuals managing a wide range of health conditions. She also completed advanced
graduate-level training in Clinical Nutrition, which has further strengthened her expertise in therapeutic nutrition and complex care.

She previously worked with the Island Health Authority, where she focused on older adult nutrition, supporting clients in long-term care with complex medical and dietary needs. Her approach is rooted in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a deep understanding of how food can support both physical and emotional well-being.
Sheirry’s clinical interests include women’s health, with a focus on hormonal balance, fertility nutrition, and chronic disease prevention, alongside her strong background in diabetes
management and nutrition support therapy.

She now offers one-on-one nutrition counselling a nd consulting services, helping clients navigate chronic conditions, improve their relationship with food, and achieve lasting wellness through practical, personalized strategies.
