The following free nutrition resources are available from Rachel for anyone looking to level up their healthy eating. You can get a head start by trying out a free meal plan, diet analysis or health tracker to benefit from dietitian developed tools and advice.

The Healthy Eating Index (VioScreen) was used to assess diets of 4355 participants in Women’s Health Initiative and many other nutrition studies.
